My first time tanning in an indoor tanning bed is today, and im terrified!?
what do i do in a tanning bed? and how do i calm my nerves?
You’ll love it, it’s so relaxing. You don’t need to shut it all the way, and you can leave it open a bit. All you have to do is relax basicly. Most tanning salons will have music playing, or even a radio where you can choose the station or bring a cd. Just sit back and relax. Trust me, once you get used to it, you’ll love it. The people working at the salon will tell you how long to go, and they’ll give you all the advice you need.

That kind of control is not possible outdoors because the intensity of light depends on a lot of factors such as season, time of day, reflective surface, altitude etc. Indoor tanning beds can be regulated to act differently on different type of skin providing the maximum benefit of tanning.
Too much exposure to UV radiation can be harmful and UVB rays can cause sunburn which in turn can cause skin cancer. It is therefore advisable to use professional tanning facilities and approved and tested tanning beds.

anything by either millennium tanning products or botique is good, i work at a tanning salon and i like back in blaque (8x bronzer[millennium]) and bronze anarchy(10x bronzer[botique]) also mellinium makes a product called paint it black which has a 50x bronzer, i havent tried it yet, but its on its way to the salon
i didnt know if you knew what exactly bronzer is, but its similar to a self tanner, except that its triggered by UV rays, usually most products have a double or a tripple bronzer just to give you some imediate results

you dont really need to buy these on these websites, you can probably find them on websites that are WAY cheaper, and thats going to be your best bet, because you can get online discounts, if you go buy them in a salon these are gunna cost you between 50-60 dollars, online 20-35….which isnt bad concidering how good they are and that they last a long time
