How long do I need to stay in a tanning bed to get a head start on getting a tan for graduation?
Okay, I have high school graduation in one month. I need a tan for it, it is going to get really warm and sunny soon, but I need a head start. How long should I stay in a tanning bed and how often to go?
depends on your skin tone.. i would say no matter what if you haven’t tanned in a while start with no more than 5 minutes and work yourself up to 8 maybe but maybe every other day or so. You can talk to the ppl at your local tanning place and they should be able to give you a better time

How do you prevent from uneven tan from tanning bed?
I have kinda uneven tan on my body. Good tan on my face, tummy, chest and arms. My legs are kinda white still and my sides are very litte tan. My butt is the darkest :/ A couple of people said rotate in the tanning bed, but how?

they’re right, you do need to rotate..at least somewhat. lean towards a direction so that the sides of your body get tan like the rest does. also spread your legs some, so the insides of your legs get tan too..
personally with different lotions..i don’t use a tanning lotion even though other people may say you have to..i use Cocoa Butter..it will go deeper into your skin for a longer lasting, more overall even tan.
