i used deep cleansing skin cream and i have rashes all over my face, please help me on what to do, i cantinue?

Your skin might be too sensitive to that cream , may be because of chemical ingredients.

Later from one website I got this tips. I started applying one spoon of milk on my face twice a day before I wash my face, rub gently for 2 minutes. Now I don’t feel any irritation.

Is Your Skin Cleansing Routine Working For You?
Cleansing skin care is an area that really should be covered more thoroughly in my opinion. Many people don’t know the first thing about how to set up a proper skin cleansing routine. There are just a few things that I think that we should cover in order to be certain that your routine is not doing more harm than good.
One thing that I have noticed, especially in men is that the only time that they wash their faces is first thing in the morning while taking a shower. Now that may not be the cleansing skin care routine of every man out there, but I’d be willing to bet that it’s the program that most men follow.
I’m sorry to break it to you guys, but that is not the best skin cleansing routine to follow. You need to clean your face a minimum of twice per day if you want to keep your skin in a healthy condition. This is to the many elements and pollutants that came into contact with your skin during the course of the day.
This night time cleansing skin care is even more important than the one in the morning, although both are necessary. During the day the pollutants that you encounter form a greasy mask of dirt and grime on your face that must be removed. If not your pores will eventually just clog right up, and you will develop blackheads.
In order to make your skin cleansing routing a successful one, I am going to tell you what kind of cleanser that you should use and what kind you should avoid. The first thing that I am going to tell you is to avoid the kinds of products that contain harsh abrasives under the guise that they will make you face cleaner.
All that these abrasive will do for your skin is leave it raw, red, and irritated. There is no place for anything in your cleansing skin care routine for any product that will irritate your skin. This is why you should check all of your facial care products before you by them to make sure that they are void of these ingredients, and of any alcohols.
Your skin cleansing cream should be soft, gentle, and above everything else it should be all natural. You want to administer the soap using a soft, clean towel. You want to be sure to wash your face taking great care, you do not want to scrub your skin, as this action will irritate it and will increase oil production.
When you begin a cleansing skin care routine, the number one thing that you have to do is make sure that you are vigilant about it. Just because you’ve had a long day does not mean that you should have the right to take a night off. That is at least not if you want your skin cleansing routine to work.
Try the two a day cleansing skin care routine for a few weeks, you’ll simply be amazed at how much better your skin feels.

Why is this cleansing cream giving me more pimples?
… I only had a few, so I bought skin cream to clear it and it just made it worse. So I stopped using that skin cream for a few months… but I still had more pimples then I did before. So I tried another skin cream, and it made my skin even worse then the other. This is really ticking me off, what do I do?
aw, hon. schucks.
try going for one that has salicylic acid. 2%. that’s standard dose. that’s for acne. and for lotions, go oil-free.
but if you have dry skin, then you want to go for something that’s for sensitive skin. just look for it on the label. if your lotion doesn’t say “oil-free”, it’s fine, since you have dry skin.
do this 2-3 times everyday: the key is in the 3 step system.
1. wash. the key is the 2% SALICYLIC ACID. neugtrogena is pretty good. $6-8@drugstores
2. tone. drip some toner onto a cotton ball. swab face w. it. after u wash+dry ur face. neutrogena’s “clear pore” toner has 2% salicylic acid. $6-7 @ drugstores.
**if you feel a bump (pimple), then immediately apply CLEARASIL ULTRA’s acne cream. the key is the 10% benzoyl peroxide.
3. moisturize. many ppl forget to do this step, but it will make your face dry up, and feel taut. clinique is good. $24 @ sephora/ulta.
__hon, i know how hard it is. whether it’s being fat, or acne. cause i was once over-weight, has had acne for 5 years, and still need braces. i’m wearing them like battle scars on here hon.
look @ those girls on the beach in bikinis when they shouldn’t be–she doesn’t care about what you have to say. what matters to her is what SHE thinks. cause the only person that matters to her is herself. BE that girl!!
all teens go though acne. should we all just hide in our closets until we pass puberty? or should we stand in front of the mirror, wishing, wishing, staring, plucking, hoping for a miracle to save you. cause you need to loose the freckles, the huge zit, the extra fat, frizzy hair. the list is endless–it goes into infinity!!

that zit didn’t ruin ur date. the extra pound didn’t kill your yearbook picture. and your frizzy hair didn’t ruin your prom. what killed it was your attitude. about life. about yourself. cause the beach doesn’t have a sign saying, “only models allowed. loose the fat, then you can join us” no one stopped you from going out–you did. cause even if i put a gun to your head, it all comes down to your CHOICE.
i remembered a time when it all started. a long time ago: distant relative’s party–”that’s her. the fatty walking across the room.” my parents caring more about my acne then i did.
and now: i have a toddler-age cousin in NY. she has 3 older sisters. 16-21. my grandma visited her. she asked her, “kay, y don’t u drink as much milk anymore?” she replied, “cause i want to get rid of my tummy. if i drink too much milk, it will make me fat.” they thought it was cute. it isn’t. a toddler, being told you’re fat. soon, she’ll be on her way to diets. in elementary school. society is cruel like that. we have to meet certain standards to fit in. to be loved.
now i’m crippling shy. but after entering high school, being around so many other out-going ppl, i’m learning to grow out of it. i still have a long way to go–i’m still very much a wall flower.
