earring trouble how do i get my loop off my ear?
got my cartilage pierced over a month ago. its healing just fine but i kinda wanna take out my hoop earring just to clean the skin around it a little better. i have a loop earring sterling silver with a little silver ball that ties the loose ends together. i cant seem to twist it off! what am i doing wrong?
Captive bead rings don’t twist off, the ball is held in with pressure.
If it’s not loose enough to just pop the ball out with your fingers, you’ll need a pair of ring openers.
Since your piercing is only a month old, taking it out is going to cause unnecessary irritation, it’s best to just leave it be.

so my parents wont let me pierce my ear. so i decide to get a fake loop earring. i didnt want a magnetic because people would easily notice that it is fake. so do u think my friend would notice my loop earing is fake?? from the front?from the behind?? could they?
wait… is it magnetic or not?? i am confused!!! i would say that if you dont go around covering them up and thinking bout how fake they look no one will notice… also, why does it matter??? your friends arnt gonna drop you cuz your earrings are fake!!
and if they are??? well i guess theyre not really your friends because a good friendship cannot be broken by the fact that the earrings are fake!!
also fake earrings probly save you a lot of infections cuz my ears are really pierced and they can get infected if your not careful… idk i got mine done when i was six, and if you reaaaaaaaaaaally want real earrings, talk to the ‘rents… i dont see what is wrong with them cuz they are definitely not dangerous…
