Can steam bath/facial treatment steamers directly to face warp the retainers(wearing retainers) ?
Hi everyone is this possible? i just had a facial treatment and they put a steamer in front of my face that it’s so hot. My question is will it warp the retainers inside the mouth because of the hot steam directed to the face?
I don’t think it would. They’re inside your mouth, which I’m assuming is closed, and I don’t think the steam is quite that powerful.

like laser treatment… it’s very expensive I hear and insurance companies don’t cover cosmetic procedures… but is there anyway someone could call this non-cosmetic?

No, there’s probably no way around it. It’s absolutely impossible. Since it’s just a scar there’s no way that it is medically necessary. Unless it were doing something to effect your health. There’s really nothing else you can do except pay the $4K for it. I would either start saving or see if they have some sort of payment plan or credit card companies they work with! Either way there’s absolutely no way that you could get a facial scar treatment covered by insurance.
