i’d splurge on eyeliner and mascara.. concealer only if you have like an acne problem.
i’d splurge on cleanser and moisturizer.. again if you have acne, go with the acne products.
and
for all the hair stuff, no need to really splurge unless your hair is like unmanagable.. then maybe shampoo and conditioner

Hair Care Tips – Post Chemical Exposure Such As Straightening Or Perming!
Dry hair condition is a common occurrence post chemical exposure. If you have tried out straightening, coloring your locks, perming or ironing you will often see that your locks are dull and lifeless. While colouring may make your locks look shiny at the beginning of the chemical treatment but after a while it makes them look dull. Foiling, tinting, bleaching, blow drying or curling with hot iron may also result in similar condition. If you can’t avoid blow drying your hair make sure you apply a good level of heat protection spray.
When you brush your locks make use of your brush from the roots and run them down to the tip. Bend your head and start brushing from its roots, it can add shine and moisture to your locks. It is an old practice and is said to boost their growth and increases circulation and moisture. It takes about a month to see the difference.
Learn to restore the oil or moisture that is lost in the shafts. A good moisturizing shampoo is what you need to keep your follicles hydrated. There are two types of conditioners, one is applied and removed after a while and the other is left-in. You must use both the conditioners, to keep them moisturized. Hot oil is used to add shine to the outer layer of the shafts however, they do not penetrate into the locks.
Cod liver oil must be added to your juice and consumed to see dramatic results in a month. It enhances the way your hair and skin looks over time.
Water therapy is useful for your skin and locks too. It will keep your hair hydrated and brings back the moisture which was lost post chemical treatment. It also avoids wrinkles from your skin.
You can restore proteins and moisture in the cuticles by making use of moisturizing masques and protein packs. It is said by experts that deep conditioner can restore softness and moisture. Certain colour of your locks also adds up to the dryness. In case of brunettes or blondes, their locks get bleached when they are exposed to sun and gets dry. Before shampooing, you must brush your locks in order to lift up the dirt and dandruff so that it gets easily removed while washing them. Make use of these tips along with eating fruits, nuts and green leafy vegetables! Treat your hair before they get damaged!

Matrix Sleek Look Deep Moisture Masque?
Anyone tried this. My stylist told me this product is on the best deep treatment conditioners – so I purchsed today. Has anyone tried it? Hows it work?
Also, what other matrix products work well?
I love the instacure spray for dry hair..it works great!
you probably just leave that conditioner on for the amount of time it says on the back of the bottle.. I never tried it but Matrix is really good stuff so I would think it would work well.
