i know you use shower gel and body wash to wash body.
A shower gel works like a Perfume for the body that last longer,normally it is backed up with a lotion, Body Wash is just that a gel like soap that makes lather with a sponge and keeps you FRESH. shower gel is for person who would rather not use soap. AND the Scent last longer.

Can you exfoliate with body wash, shower gel, or a bar of soap?
I am going to be putting on self tanner later and I have heard it is important to exfoliate before hand. Can you exfloliate w/ body wash, shower gel, or a bar of soap? Which one works best so the tanner does not streak?
i would say you need a body SCRUB i dont think a wash or gel would really help esp. a bar of soap since it does not remove dry skin. but make sure to shave before hand, so later when you shave you do not remove the self tan.
