Does lotion clog pores? Should i still put on lotion?
Yesterday, i went to the dermatologist and she popped all my pimples. They are still sorta red and inflammed, and i asked her how to take care of my face better. She said DO NOT put on lotion because it clogs up the pores no matter what. I told her i was using an expensive lotion, one that doesnt clog because i asked a pharmacist before buying it. She said it still clogs it and will make it worse. Now before going to this dermatologist, i used this lotion and it hasnt been causing me to break out insanely. I told her that my skin gets really dry, so she said if your skin really becomes dry, use this. (she gave me a gel called Collagen Activator gel). i think this lotion is helping me, should i listen to her and not put on the lotion? or should i continue to put it on?
