does anyone else find having a spray tan manually in a salon incredibly embarassing?
Im a size 12 but after 3 children my body isnt perfect…Im booked in for one but and so worried about it!!!
Dont be worried im sure your spray tanner wont be phased about it they see naked/half naked bodies day in day out and none of them look like they have stepped out of a magazine im sure, just think about how good your going to look after you have that beautiful tan on… we judge ourselves way to much, way more than anyone else would so dont be so hard on yourself and enjoy your tan =)

Honestly weather you tan in a tanning booth or in the sun, tanning is very unhealthy for your skin and tanning can even be deadly. Below are more reason you should avoid tanning! Tanning causes a lot of damage to the skin from some UV exposure. This causes wrinkles at a young age. Yes the sun can make you older faster.Tanning causes freckles and sunspots on the skin.
These are permanent.Tanning actually decreases your body’s immune system. This affects your ability to fight of diseases.You risk receiving a sunburn if in a tanning bed to long or out in the sun to long. This is painful and bad for your skin. Some people still tan regardless of the risks involved. It had been proven that many women’s self esteem has improved due to tanning. Women have also had an actual decreased in cellulite thanks to tanning. Most don’t realize you can reap these benefits from a tanning lotion or spray rather then an actual tan. This is much healthier for your skin. Most people rather just keep their natural skin color then risk tanning or bother with the process of always applying tanning lotions or sprays. This is safe and inexpensive. In fact most celebrates prefer to keep it all natural. They find is a much healthier lifestyle and a healthier way to preserve their skin to keep their youth.
The facts are that tans are bad for you weather you tan in a tanning booth or tan outside. You are damaging your skin when you tan. When you’re planning on being outdoors for short periods of time you should use a sunscreen of SPF 15. If you plan on being out doors for longer periods of time you should use a sunscreen of SPF 70. This will help protect you from UV rays. You should never tan in a tanning booth. Tans hurt your skin and they can result cancer. Love your skin. Avoid tanning!

Fake tan? That wont clog pores!!?
Can anyone please recommend a fake tan that is non greasy natural looking and most importantly wont clog pores my skins incredibly spot prone which i have under control but when i use a fake tan i breakout again, i read about neutrogena summer glow daily moisturiser has anyone tried this?uk? it can either be a fake tan or one in a moisturiser that gradually builds any help welcome

I like L’Oreal gradual tan, the neutrogena is good too but the problem I get with that one is that it is a little darker than the others and I am so pale that it leaves too much color on me and if I streak or spot then it is super noticeable.
