What should be included in a dog’s first aid kit?
I am making a travel kit and a kit for at home. I am just looking for suggestions of what they should include.
Clean water, if you’re not going to bring any with you anyway.
Bandages (like the brown stick to itself type)
Non-stick gauze
Medical tape (I like the silk type)
Antiseptic rinse (like bactine!)
Antibiotic ointment

Very good idea. I was on a walk one day and my shepherd stepped on a piece of glass or something… she didn’t make a noise, but it was a pretty good scrape! I didn’t have bandages. I ripped up the bottom of my shirt to make one, and it just fell off. So instead, I had to carry her all the way back. Let me tell you, 120 lb girl carrying a 90+ lb shepherd a quarter mile through the woods back to the parking lot must have been a funny sight!

After you have completed the steps from the travel kit, start unpacking. Always place your shoes facing out of the closet as if you have somewhere to go. Try to keep the clutter down, try to have a place for everything, and also put suitcases away. As for the bathroom, which is always a trick in Feng Shui, keep the toilet seat down with the lid closed. Always keep the bathroom door closed- you don’t want any of your luck, prosperity, or love going down the toilet. Put the special enhancements, from the kit, in the proper areas which are clearly explained inside and enjoy.
