Darker tan??
Okay I bought an unlimited month tan. It ends next friday, and want to get very dark. I have 4 diff kinds of lotion: tingler/bronzer 7, a normal excelarator, sweet sutra (triple bronzer step 1), and sultry sutra (triple bronzer step 2). Out of these which ones should i use, and should I double them up? Any other tips would be great!!
my friend owns a tanning salon, and she says you get darker using nothing at all, and since iv stopped using my product , iv gotten darker than i ever have in the past! Its a gimmick for the buisness to make more money:)

When choosing a tanner, cautious choice is important to evade allergies.
A tanning solution should be chosen based on other factors like frequency of usage, allergic possibilities,outcome expected and obviously budget. A sunblock cream works exactly the opposite of a tanning lotion. A tanning lotion amplifies the UV rays for tanning while sun block lotion protects skin from UV rays. Tanning lotion has it’s own side-effects as well, though it’s not as risky as sun tan to put you under cancer risk or cause sun burn. More than going for a brand when choosing a tanning lotion, an individual’s needs should be met which should be the measuring scale.

Buying a tanning lotion is not hard but, locating the right one is. It’s influenced by the requirements and cost. Tanning bed gives quicker results for an individual and helps them achieve the bronze look with less efforts.
While bed tanner can be quick, there are possibilities of sun damage to the skin with this method and there are few other related problems which can be safely evaded with lotions. The leading ingredient of any tanning lotion is tyrosine, an amino acid which is responsible for melanin stimulation to make the skin darker. The other leading ingredient is dihydroxyacetone (DHA) which combines with amino acid to render the skin the tan or darker shade. To make it simple, it does the work of the sun and tans the skin.

To use indoor tanning lotion or baby oil to tan OUTside?
I’m on my way outside to read and get a tan. I have some baby oil gel. I don’t know how/why I have it but I do. I read a lot about it making you burn very badly. If I put on a low SPF sunscreen before the baby oil will I still see better results instead of using nothing at all?
I do have some tanning lotion. But it’s for fakebaking. It says right on the bottle “For Tanning Beds” It’s called L.A. Express Expresso Premium Blend Triple Bronzer.

i would go with the spf and then baby oil as an excelerator. the healthiest thing for your skin though, is to really use an spf at least 30 spf at all times when in the sun. as far as tanning bed lotions, they usually have natural bronzers in them. they get activated by the tanning beds. not to mention their very expensive. i wouldnt waste ur money and waste it for out door use. u cant use outdoor lotions in the tanning beds. it ruins the beds.
